1. Who we are
UplinkRise (“UplinkRise”, “we”, “us”) is an influencer marketing platform operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], registered at [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of uplinkrise.com and the UplinkRise influencer dashboard (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. One account per person. We may approve, decline, or review applications at our discretion.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@uplinkrise.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that show suspicious or fraudulent activity while we investigate.
4. How the Platform works
UplinkRise gives you access to brand campaigns. When you join a campaign, we generate unique tracked links for you. Clicks and purchases made through your links are recorded and attributed to your account. Campaign availability, commission rates, and conditions are set per campaign and may change or end at any time.
Tracking, sale validation, and campaign delivery may involve third-party advertiser networks, brands, and tracking providers. Attribution and validation of sales ultimately depend on data provided by the relevant brand or its network.
5. Commissions
Pending vs. confirmed. A commission is first recorded as pending. It becomes confirmed once the sale is validated — typically after the brand’s return and cancellation window has closed. Only confirmed commissions are paid out.
Reversals. Commissions may be reduced or reversed if the underlying order is cancelled, returned, refunded, not paid for, or flagged as fraudulent or non-compliant by the brand or its network. Reversed commissions are deducted from your pending balance and are not payable.
Rates. Commission rates are shown per campaign in your dashboard and may be updated for future transactions with notice in the dashboard.
6. Payouts
Confirmed commissions are paid monthly to the payout method registered in your account. You are responsible for providing correct payout details. Payouts may be delayed where required for fraud review, incomplete account information, or missing tax/invoicing details. You are responsible for any taxes, social charges, or declarations that apply to your earnings in your country.
7. Promotion rules
You agree not to:
- generate clicks or sales through your own links for your own purchases, unless a campaign explicitly allows it;
- use bots, scripts, incentivised clicking, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any artificial traffic;
- bid on a brand’s trademarks or misspellings in paid search, or use a brand’s name in ad copy or display URLs, unless the campaign explicitly allows it;
- promote via spam (email, SMS, comments, DMs), misleading claims, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or adult in nature;
- misrepresent your relationship with a brand or with UplinkRise;
- alter, cloak, or redirect tracked links in a way that breaks or manipulates attribution.
You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship where required by law and platform rules (for example, using #ad or an equivalent clear disclosure) in every post that contains your tracked links.
Violations may lead to reversal of related commissions, suspension, or termination of your account.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create. Brand assets provided in a campaign may only be used for that campaign and in line with its guidelines. The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors; you receive a limited, non-transferable right to use it while these Terms apply.
9. Term and termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect for breach of these Terms, fraud, or legal requirements, and otherwise with 30 days’ notice. On termination, confirmed commissions that are not linked to a violation are paid out in the next regular payout cycle; pending commissions tied to a violation are forfeited.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions confirmed and unpaid to you in the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes
